REGIONAL TOURIST AGENCY LLC ("Regional Tourist Agency", "we") organises construction, builds residential and non-residential buildings and other structures, buys, sells and lets its own property, manages property and acts as a real estate agency. This policy explains how we handle personal data of buyers, investors, owners, guests and tenants, under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Buyers and investors

We process identity documents, tax numbers, contacts, sale contracts and payment records. For property purchases we are required to carry out financial monitoring checks, which may include information on the source of funds and whether you are a politically exposed person.

3. Guests

For holiday stays we process the name and contacts of the person booking, number of guests, stay dates and payment. Where the law requires registration of guests at accommodation facilities, we collect identity document details at check-in and keep them only for the period required.

4. Owners using our management service

We process ownership documents, bank details for income transfers, and access arrangements. Owners receive statements showing bookings and income, but not guests' personal contact details.

5. Sellers using our agency

We process ownership documents, property details and photos. Photos of interiors are taken only with permission and without personal belongings visible.

6. Construction clients and site safety

We process client contracts and project documents, and the names of people present on construction sites for safety registration.

7. Purposes and grounds

Performance of contracts, legal obligations (property registration, financial monitoring, guest registration, tax), legitimate interests (site safety, security of properties), and consent (marketing).

8. Recipients

Notaries and state registrars, banks, the State Financial Monitoring Service where required, booking platforms you used to reserve a stay, cleaning and maintenance contractors (stay dates and property only), tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.

9. Retention

  • Sale and financial monitoring records: at least 5 years after the transaction.
  • Guest registration data: as required by law; booking records 3 years.
  • Management contracts: term plus 3 years.
  • Enquiries: 12 months.

10. Your rights

You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
